We welcomed our regulator, the RQIA, to two of our supported living services last month. With immense pride, we congratulate the amazing teams at Woodford Park and Cloonavin Green for yet another QIP free inspection report. Such reports are hard to come by. We have them across all of our services. Never taken for granted, we strive for excellence, every single day. To our talented teams - thank you.

🎄 Festive fun at Fairways! 🎄

Some of the folks at Cloonavin recently enjoyed a wonderful festive evening making Christmas cards, and there was no shortage of laughter, cheer, and creativity. ✂️✨

It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved and letting their Christmas creativity shine — the cards were truly brilliant. A big thank you to all who joined in and helped make the evening so special! 🎅🎨

Well done to all the team at our Woodford Park Project, who go above and beyond every day! 👏

Earlier in the year, we welcomed the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, who carried out an inspection of our Additional Needs – Supported Living service.

The inspection established that:
“Safe, effective and compassionate care was delivered to service users, and the agency was well led.
It was evident that staff promoted the dignity and well-being of service users, and that staff were knowledgeable and well trained to deliver safe and effective care.”

No areas for improvement were identified as a result of this inspection.
