𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟
Life is exceptionally FAST ⏩ at the moment. Monday morning, blink ,, it's Friday. That's overwhelming.
I've used this phrase above with Mindset Clients for a long time and it's never been more relevant. For me too.
A lot of things are OUT OFF OUR CONTROL and that's not going to change . We can't waste energy stressing over them .
A lot of things ARE in our control though ...
💥 OUR CIRCLE
This is huge ! Who we surround ourselves with is more important now than ever . You don't have to look too far to find those who want to see us fail. Those who are energy drains or " victims " . Move away ,,, they're bad for you .
💥 YOUR FUEL
A lot of our food is being " modified" , tampered with and it's not for the better . A huge reliance placed on " convenience" rather than health. Eat crap , feel crap . It's a very real phenomenon. Getting back to WHOLE FOODS is a game changer.
💥 MOVEMENT
We're becoming lazy. We've never had access to so many gyms, online workouts and Apps but yet we're moving less. A sedentary lifestyle is not a healthy one ,,, mentally or physically .
💥 GRATITUDE
I've never encountered so much entitlement. It's awful. Massive chips on people's shoulders . Nothing is ever good enough. It's poison. Take 5 minutes now ,, a quick mental list ,,, what are you grateful for ? Now do that EVERY
day
