The Qi Gong and Body–Mind–Spirit Harmony Experience was successfully concluded.
Thank you to every participant for joining us in this soothing and relaxing session, where we explored gentle stretching, mindful breathing rhythms, and a sense of inner calm.
The atmosphere was warm and focused, and everyone found relaxing and balance at their own pace. Participants shared that they experienced:
