It is a good time to pause and give thanks for the harvest and all bounties of the Mother Earth. It is also a time to reflect on your personal journey, enjoy the fruits of your soul growth and contemplate the path in front of you.

Balance is a keyword for the equinox time: balance in personal and collective relationships, balance in taking and giving, balance of having and having not. Many of our crises originate in our demanding attitude to have too much of everything. That leads to imbalance with the land and its resources, to distortion of dignity, justice and mindfulness of human relationships, and to misalignment with our own heart path and purpose.
