My screen time has increased, will this impact my vision? π±
There is no evidence to suggest increased screen time damages your vision, however you may find it tiring looking at a monitor for long periods of time. Here are our top tips to reduce eye strain while using a screen.π
βοΈ Take a break by following the 20-20-20 rule. Look at something 20 ft away, for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes.
βοΈ Blink regularly. Focussing on a screen may make you blink less, which may make your eyes dry and uncomfortable.
βοΈ Minimise any distracting reflections in your screen, like windows.
βοΈ Position your screen so itβs at least 40-70 cm away.
