Here’s a little glimpse into what goes on in the clinic! I’ve been adding clinical yoga to help with strength, range of movement and control all in one within physiotherapy appointments - here it’s specifically for a shoulder problem.
This makes home exercises that little bit more fun!

First hydrotherapy session with an ankle rehabilitation patient of mine! We hired Leverton Farms swimming pool for the hour and were able to do so much more in the water for strength range of movement and balance. It’s not everyday I get the opportunity to add hydrotherapy to the weekly schedule, I’m looking forward to the results!
