Today is a truly special day for a truly special boy.
This is Alfie — a brave young lad whose world changed overnight when he suddenly lost his hair due to alopecia. One day he woke up looking like himself… and the next, everything felt different. For a child, that kind of change is heavy. It’s confusing. It’s scary. And it can affect confidence in ways most of us will never fully understand.
But today, something beautiful is happening.
Today, Alfie gets to start feeling like himself again.
He’s just about to receive the fitting of his brand-new Hair System, and he couldn’t be more excited. The smile on his face says it all — hope, confidence, and a little spark that alopecia tried to take away.
This moment was made possible thanks to the incredible support of Little Lady Locks and Little Lad Locks — charities that pour their hearts into helping children who suffer with alopecia or medical hair loss. Their dedication, craftsmanship, and compassion give young people the chance to feel seen, supported, and beautiful again.
