Good morning & happy sunday my friends. Our recent full moon has wiped me out this time, also my page keeps disappearing from my menu so been unable to click on it im guessing meta is moving mad again 🙄🤣 im not even stressing about it.

Was thinking about this the other night how proud I am of us all who have mastered this.One thing ive always said is no matter what has happened over my many moons of life, ive always remained kind & big hearted but most importantly ive stayed true to myself. So this is your reminder today to know im proud of you & you should be proud of yourself too.

The picture on the right is of my book chapters been trying to get myself organised as haven't done anything with it since being in my new home. However ive kinda started again but using the parts ive got. Im making a promise to myself that 2026 is going to be the year of completion.

1st of December blessings heading your way. Let's make it a December to Remember. As we go into the last month of 2025 its good practice to have a think about what you want from 2026. This year has been testing for us all in one way or another ultimately to get us all shifted to where we need to be. I dont know about you but this year has certainly broke me in ways I didnt expect, however pain into power springs to mind, just know that you got this what ever your going through. Be kind to yourself.... Why because you matter the most.

This image really hits dont you think? A perfect representation of just what happens when we don't surrender to ourselfs. Ultimately in the long run their becomes a point where we have to hold ourselfs accountable. Its important to understand that both our light & shaddow self are just as important as each other. It's only when we are fully as one that things truly start to change.

Good morning everyone, something a little different today. Its good to look back & reflect so that you can realise how much youve grown. Most often we will hardly ever see our small progress, the tiny steps, its in these moments that are disguised as our true moments of change.

Good morning everyone & happy monday here's to a brand new week my friends. Ive been locked out of my account but all assorted now so normal service resumes.
Found all this quiet interesting, I mean we all understand the basics and what we should and shouldnt be eating but this definitely drew me in a little more. Makes alot of sense too i had an online fitness & health group a few years ago and some of it was based on our rainbow coloured foods and how important it is for our bodies 😀
