Good morning everyone just want to share the "Thing" that ive been working on these past couple of months. Im blessed to be working along side Julia Dorne shes created this beautiful safe space for women and I am part of the admin team. We also have two more fabulous ladies who are the group experts Amy & Sonnie who bring so much to the space. Julia has been working extremely hard behind the scenes to get our guides section packed to the brim full of fantastic helpful topics, pdf files, worksheets, meditations & so much more. I have two featured posts a week, Soulful sunday & Wellness Wednesdays which im absolutely loving creating & sharing content. Our little group is going from strenght to strenght and is truly a blessing for those women who need it. Its so lovely to be able to share my experiences & knowledge to help other women.

This is something that I teach everyone about in regards to our aura energy field. Anything that we dont accept or heal from over our lifes stays in your aura energy field, I like to think of it as little balls of energy (the unresolved trauma,illness or anything you need to let go of) that just circle around & around. Hence where the saying comes from going around in circles.

It's good to acknowledge & let go of anything that you may be holding on to we are in the perfect energy too astrologically speaking with our recent new dark moon and leaving the year of the snake into the year of the horse.

New dark moon blessings to everyone! Who’s feeling that energy shift? I certainly am. This dark new moon is going to help propel us the final stretch through the year of the snake and into the year of the horse. It's been quite a wild ride astrologically since January 1st, and I hope you’re all taking the time to honor your own feelings instead of getting caught up in what others are feeling. This is crucial for staying aligned with the spirit of the year of the horse fast approaching.

Just like a snake sheds its old skin, it’s time for you to release what no longer serves you. Otherwise, you might find yourself stuck in a repeating cycle. As we approach the end of this journey in the year of the snake, it’s essential to step out of your comfort zone. Embrace this discomfort, as it’s precisely what you need right now.
