For the next four months, I’ll be offering sound baths at Pendle Hippodrome theatre on a pay what you can basis 🫶🏽

I truly believe that healing, rest & emotional support shouldn’t be just a luxury.

Life is expensive. Times are hard.
And sometimes you need something gentle for yourself without worrying about money 💛

What matters to me is that you feel safe, seen & supported ✨

These drums aren’t just instruments to me. They’re little bridges between people . ✨

I set out to start these drumming circles for anyone who’s ever felt lonely, isolated, stuck, craving connection or just needing a space to belong & be themselves.

Because music brings people together in a way nothing else quite can 💫

I’m proud of what I’m building right now. Not because it’s perfect.
But because it’s real.

I’m so grateful that the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust are supporting this project & recognising the real benefits drumming has for wellbeing & mental health 💛🥁✨

If you enjoy music, want to try something new or just need a space where you can breathe and be yourself - I see you. I get it…. & you are more than welcome here at Pendle Rhythm 🫶🏽
