I’ve always believed that being able to move well is key to enjoying life, and that’s what inspired me to build my career around foot and ankle health. Running my own clinic means I can really focus on what matters most: putting patients first. Every appointment is about more than just treatment — it’s about listening, understanding, and giving people the care they truly need. From routine foot care to sports injuries and custom insoles, I love helping people get back to doing the things they enjoy without foot pain holding them back. I’m also committed to keeping up with the latest techniques and treatments so my patients get the very best care, whether it’s prevention or specialist treatment. At the heart of it all, my goal is simple: to help people walk, run, and live more comfortably every day.

I highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible, as my regular client base continues to grow each week.

There’s absolutely no pressure to rebook before you leave your appointment; however, I can’t always guarantee availability at short notice. At the moment,

I’m around 90% fully booked up to two weeks ahead, so please don’t delay—book in as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

Just a gentle reminder that I do have an online booking system available 💻

As a one-woman band, I currently receive enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, texts, voicemails, and DMs across both my personal and business Facebook and Instagram pages. I’m finding it increasingly difficult to go back and forth across so many platforms to find appointments that suit everyone.

My books are absolutely bursting (which I’m so, so grateful for 🙏), but during the day I’m busy treating patients, and in the evenings I’m busy being a mummy 💕

Wherever possible, I would be eternally grateful if appointments could be made using the online booking system.

I’ve been very lucky since opening not to have experienced many no-shows, and I’m truly grateful for how amazing my patients are!

However, this week alone I have had 6 appointments that have been NO SHOW.

As a small, independent podiatry clinic, this has a real impact. Tuesdays are my late night and busiest clinic of the week, especially in the run-up to Christmas, and these appointments could have been offered to patients who are waiting for care.

I completely understand that things happen, particularly at this busy time of year. All I ask is that if you’re unable to attend, please let me know as early as possible so I can offer the appointment to someone else.

Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to support a small local healthcare business — it truly means a lot.
