✨ December Home Visit Appointments Now Available! ✨

I’ll be out on home visits this December, with limited slots available:

Thursday 11th December – 9:15am & 1:30pm
Thursday 18th December – 9:30am, 11:00am & 12:30pm

🏡 Home visits are £45 and ideal for anyone who struggles to attend the clinic.

Please note these appointments are for routine podiatry treatments, and additional charges may apply for treatments such as fungal nails, verruca etc.

Due to time constraints, home visits are limited to Colne, Trawden, Laneshawbridge, Barnoldswick, Earby and Foulridge.

🚫 AVOID CORN PLASTERS! 🚫

They look like a quick fix, but the acid inside can burn healthy skin — especially dangerous for older adults or anyone with diabetes, fragile skin, neuropathy, or circulation issues.

👉 Corn plasters can cause:

• Chemical burns
• Open wounds
• Infection
• Delayed healing

This patient had theirs on for just one day, and it still caused significant damage. Thankfully, they came in early enough for safe corn removal and proper wound care — and they’re now healing well.

✨ Safe alternative:
Book a professional removal. Corns need to be enucleated (carefully removed with a blade), not burned.

Your feet deserve proper care — not chemical burns.

Terms & Conditions

• This service is strictly for toenail cutting only. No additional routine podiatry treatments (including corn or callus removal) will be carried out under any circumstances. If routine podiatry is required, a separate appointment must be booked.

• If you have numerous thickened nails, then a routine podiatry treatment will need to be booked (£40).

• All new patients must complete a medical history form prior to their appointment. This can be completed online, or a paper form can be collected from The Foot Lab clinic.

• Each treatment slot is 20 minutes.

✨ Treat your feet… to a Christmas treat! ✨

As the nights get colder and the fluffy socks come out, it’s easy to forget what’s going on underneath them. But winter is actually one of the hardest times of year for our feet — dryness, cracked heels, thick nails and general discomfort all tend to get worse.

If your feet could do with a little TLC before Christmas, I’d love to help. Whether it’s routine care, tackling those hard-to-reach nails, or sorting out dry winter skin, you’re more than welcome to come in and get them feeling comfortable again.
