are an exciting duo, a mix of steel pan and cajon giving you a unique sound, the flavour of the Caribbean and a holiday vibe. The band have a superb and varied repertoire of songs, including music by Earth, Wind and Fire, Amy Winehouse, UB40, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, Shaun Mendes, Tito Puente, Aswad amongst many others.

The Pantastic musicians are very experienced performers with over 30 years experience between them, ensuring they add a professional and suitably tropical vibe to any event. They are wedding specialists, playing during the drinks reception, wedding breakfast and photographs. They have also added a Caribbean twist to community events, birthday parties, garden parties as well as performing in restaurants during the evening as background for the diners. Pantastic have also recently performed at the EXCel Centre in London and the NEC in Birmingham after being invited to play at two national exhibitions.

Pantastic will be adding a touch of the Caribbean to Christmas. With some old favourites and festive music we will create a festive atmosphere and a unique musical sound.

Claudia is a writer, a psychotherapist, an educator, an advocate, and a mum.

Claudia worked as a teacher for many years. This includes working alongside learners who are neurodivergent, or have other additional learning needs, or experience social or emotional challenges.

Claudia continues to navigate the care system as a foster parent and adopter, as well as working alongside care experienced young people and adults, and those who support them.

Claudia's career evolution has now taken her into the world of psychotherapy.

Claudia's psychotherapy work includes working collaboratively with neurodivergent young people and adults, people who are care experienced, and people who have experienced trauma.

Claudia's psychotherapy work is holistic and systemic. EG. What are my challenges as a member of my family? Or as a member of my school? Or as a member of my workplace? Or as a member of my society?

It is abundantly evident from Claudia's psychotherapy practice that self knowledge, self acceptance and self compassion are key to navigating life's challenges.

This 'Growing Series' of books provides simple and accessible tools for young people and adults to build on their mental and emotional self care skills.
