October is here – my favourite time of year! The fluffy blankets come out, the candles are lit, and the cosy scents of cinnamon fill the air. 🍂✨

It’s also the perfect season for a little reset before we fully drift into hibernation. Why not gift yourself some “me time” with a soothing Indian head massage, gentle reiki, chakra balancing, or even cord cutting if you’re ready to release what no longer serves you?

At the weekend I had the opportunity to join with so many other beautiful souls and come together to experience the most amazing day, I can’t tell you how much I gained from the day. So many people with so much knowledge to share and best of all I had time to sit back(well lay down actually 🤣) and relax, plus I got to spend the whole weekend with one of my favourite people Anita 🥰🥰.
Thank you so much to Upwood Healing for organising another fabulous day, Bohemia for the most beautiful sound bath and loved our dinner time chinwag and hugs 😉, Soul Haven of Harrogate the beautiful stunning lady of pure love 🥰 who manages to melt you away into a place of pure love 🥰. Then Carolina Anjo healing who took me to another world with her Kundalini.
Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who went I really did have the most perfect day, so much so these are all the photos I took 🫣. ###

🦚🦚🦚After last nights workshop I’m still flying high, such amazing energy and so many laughs.
So I thought I’d share this with you again!!!

Facial where never for beauty or vanity they where very much seen as healing and medicine, which is why when I’m doing Indian head massage on someone I’ll ask about aches and pains so I can work on that part of the face that reflects the body part, our bodies are so amazing and they really do know how to heal themselves if only we listened. 🦚🦚🦚

So if you needed an excuse for a facia or Indian head massage here it is, purely medical of course,,,,,,,,, 😜

10 years younger 🤣🤣. I now can’t wait for the next one. 💖💖💖
