Recovery kit essentials!
Take 10 minutes out of your day to stretch and do your rehab exercises. Help yourself move and stay mobile in the winter months.
Kit to have in your inventory:
• Foam roller - a piece of kit in most gyms, and an easy purchase on Amazon. Great for after a session.
•Resistance bands - super versatile piece of kit can be used for a warm up, main session, cool down and stretching, great for stabilising exercises.
•Massage balls - great piece of kit you can keep in your bag. Use for trigger point work on localised areas of pain and tension when the foam roller can’t quite get in there.
