The academy is expanding our training team, and we’re looking for skilled and passionate trainers to deliver FREC 4 courses.

Essential Requirements for FREC 4 trainers.

✅Hold a recognised Level 3 or 4 Award in Education and Training (AET) or higher teaching qualification

✅Hold a valid First Response Emergency Care (FREUC) Level 5 or (AAP) qualification (or equivalent)

✅Have relevant, recent pre-hospital care experience

✅Hold a CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) or equivalent assessor qualification

✅Be confident and professional in delivering engaging training sessions

✅Up-to-date CPD portfolio and evidence of competence
