The family of a man who died in a road traffic collision in Wrexham this week have paid tribute to him.
On the morning of Monday, 15 December, Jamie Lindop - a 33-year-old father from the Overton area - was riding a motorcycle that was involved in a collision with a van on Oak Road, Wrexham.
Jamie sustained life-threatening injuries in the incident and was transferred to hospital.
Sadly, he was later pronounced deceased.
His partner, Emily, has provided the following tribute: “Jamie was a truly beautiful person inside and out.
“No amount of words can ever sum up the loss the world will be going through, because there isn't, and never will be anyone as beautiful and perfect as my Jamie.
“Jamie you're the best daddy in the whole world, my best friend, and my soul mate.
“You will be dearly missed by your mother, brothers, sister, grandad, uncle, your extended family, and friends.
“We miss you so, so much baby. Until we meet again, my angel. Love you forever and always. Emily”.
The family have also expressed heartfelt thanks to all those who tried to save Jamie at the scene of the collision, along with the police officers and other emergency services workers who have assisted the family at this difficult time.
Officers continue to appeal for witnesses to the incident, which occurred shortly before 6.42am on Monday.
