JobSense is now WorkingSense, thanks to funding from the UK Government's Levelling Up and the Shared Prosperity Fund from Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire Councils.

Our participant Douglas has been back to the cooking class organised by STAND North Wales in Abergele. Douglas and Owen travelled together on the bus to Abergele where Douglas made fish goujons before enjoying a game of table tennis and then he finished the day off with a little dance with Ceri the organiser!

Owen has been to visit Douglas this week who has been receiving support from JobSense and has returned to Volunteering at the British Heart Foundation in Llandudno which he is really enjoying 😃

Congratulations, Nicholas who has volunteered for the Garden Project. Nicholas has helped with digging flower beds, building the raised beds and path, planting flowers and vegetables, weeding, putting up the trellises and laying down paving to create wheelchair access.

Here's our participant Doug at his cooking class that we arranged for him to attend, organised by STAND (Standing Together for Additional Needs and Disabilities).
He enjoyed gaining some new cooking skills, making himself a cheese ham and onion quiche and was very happy with the results 😀
