harvest another new botanical - lesser periwinkle herb Vinca minor. Traditionally used for a variety of ailments including sore throats, minor skin inflammations, improved blood flow so helpful for circulation, also excellent for calming stress or nervous tension. As with all botanical herbs it is important to take advice from a herbalist so medical requirements can be discussed as appropriate doses and usage should be discussed.

It is also known as the sorcerers violet as it was a favourite flower of the wise folk for making charms and love potions ❤️ It is also considered a spiritual shield warding off negative energies finding itself in rituals and religious practices

Its use is considered toxic for children causing vomiting and low blood pressure amongst other symptoms

Ajuga reptans commonly known as bugleweed. With a long history of medicinal use it is known for many therapeutic purposes. May be helpful for digestive and anti inflammatory purposes amongst other ailments. As with any natural herb seek medical advise from a trained herbalist before using and avoid if pregnant or breast feeding or taking conventional medicines for conditions.
