Dance Body & Soul dates for the rest of the year. ....They're jumping around a bit due to other bookings (usually the third Saturday of the month) but that'll help keep you on your toes !!😜

26th July, 23rd Aug, 20th Sept, NO Oct session, 22nd Nov, 20th Dec
Colyford Memorial Hall 6:30-8:30pm

An embodied movement practice which is both freeing for the Body and restorative for the Soul. We meet in circle for the last half hour for some ‘chai and connection’, an important part of nourishing our souls! 💚

Looking forward to seeing you all again on Sat 22nd February at Colyford Memorial Hall
In the meantime why not dance freely around the kitchen instead! 😁
