Summer Update Post.

While running retreats and spending time with my amazing one to one clients, I have been saving time over the summer to find my resource.

For me, it comes in the form of love, family, my doggy, freedom, travel, the sea, silliness, play, good food and generally being grateful for all that I am able to witness.

The pictures paint a very beautiful scene. And it is. But, as is true of life, these moments are weaved in amongst all the other truths of life.

We all have challenges and difficult moments. Life happens around us while, at times, we can feel we are being thrust about in the surf hardly coming up for air.

But I guess that is the beauty of life. It teaches us. Grows us. Deepens us. Humbles us. So hopefully then, we can be truly grateful for the magical moments.

So let’s not be fooled by pictures in posts. Yes there are wonderful moments. But don’t be duped into thinking everyone else’s life is always shiny! We are all dancing this funny little dance together. And we all come up for air in different ways, at different times.
