It’s been such a beautiful week here! ☀️
We’ve been making the most of the sunshine, spending time outdoors basking in the warm weather and enjoying some truly special moments. One of the highlights has been visits from our lovely therapy dog, Sasha 🐾 — bringing plenty of smiles, comfort, and of course, lots of well-deserved pets!

🦉✨ Something exciting is taking shape at Priesty Fields… but shhh… it’s still a secret!

Here’s a little sneak peek from today’s art session — our wonderful residents have been busy creating these adorable owls, and we had an absolute hoot of a time! 😄

We even said, if we could see the world through an owl’s eyes, we’d all be a bit wiser… although knowing us, we’d probably still forget where we left our cups of tea! ☕😂

There’s plenty more to come as this mystery project unfolds, so keep your eyes peeled… you won’t want to miss it! 👀✨

It was a tea-rrific day at Priesty Fields! ☕🌍

To celebrate National Tea Day, we hosted a wonderful around-the-world tea tasting… and let’s just say, our residents took their judging duties VERY seriously 👀🍵

We sampled 5 different teas from across the globe — from bold and traditional to fruity and refreshing — and everyone cast their votes for their favourites.

🥇 First place (by a landslide!) went to the rich and spicy Masala Chai — a firm favourite that definitely brought the “ooohs” and “ahhhs”! 🥈 Second place was the refreshing fruity blend of strawberry, raspberry & hibiscus — perfect for those who like a sweeter sip! 🥉 Third place went to the classic Assam tea — strong, reliable, and very British-approved 🇬🇧

There were plenty of laughs, a few very passionate opinions, and maybe even some “tea-riffic” debates along the way… 😉

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in — proving once again that it’s not just about the tea, it’s about the company, the conversation, and the joy of trying something new 💛

Same time tomorrow for another brew? ☕😄

Care homes aren’t just a place to live—they’re a place to thrive! 🌿✨

🎶💃 You know it’s a good day when even management can’t stay in their seats… 🕺🎤

What a fantastic music singalong we had today! The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of toe-tapping (and let’s be honest… some questionable dance moves too! 😄).

From our wonderful residents singing their hearts out, to our team getting fully involved — we even had our maintenance man showing off his best dance moves alongside our amazing carers (we may have discovered a hidden talent there! 👀💃).

And it didn’t stop there… our Head Chef, management team, and heads of department couldn’t resist joining in the fun either — proving once again that music really does bring everyone together ❤️

A HUGE thank you to our fabulous singer Tony Boyle who had everyone up, singing, clapping, and reminiscing. You truly made the day so special for us all 🎸✨

We had a lovely post-Easter service today with New Life Church at our care home ✨

We are so grateful for the time, comfort, and joy they brought to our residents. Moments like these mean so much—bringing people together, lifting spirits, and creating a real sense of community 💛

For many of our residents, spiritual belief and connection remain an important part of who they are. Being able to continue these meaningful practices brings reassurance, peace, and a sense of belonging.

Thank you for sharing such a special time with us—we’re already looking forward to the next visit! 🙏

We are feeling so incredibly grateful 💛

A huge thank you to the amazing Rickshaw Bike Team for coming back to visit us once again and giving even more of our residents the chance to enjoy a lovely stroll around Congleton 🚲🌿

There is something so special about getting out into the fresh air, feeling the breeze, seeing familiar places, and sharing smiles along the way. For many of our residents, this isn’t something they get to experience every day — and it truly means the world ✨

Thank you again for your kindness, time, and the incredible difference you make. We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon!

✨ Ewe won’t believe how egg-stra special our day was at Priesty Fields! 🐑🐥

We had the most wonderful visit from the amazing team Pye Ash Farm 🐾💛

Our residents were absolutely delighted to meet a handful of the tiniest, fluffiest 4-day-old baby chicks 🐥 (seriously… cuteness overload! 😍), and of course… the true star of the show — Alice the lamb 🐑🌟

At just one week old, Alice stole the spotlight with her sweet nature and gentle cuddles. There were so many smiles, laughs, and special moments shared — it really was something magical 🥰
Animal visits like this bring so much joy, comfort, and connection, and it was beautiful to see everyone light up ✨

A huge thank you to Pye Ash Farms for such a brilliant visit — we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon! 💛🐾

We’ve had the loveliest Easter weekend here at Priesty Fields 🐣💛

From getting creative with our handmade decorations (just look at those colours! 🎨🌸), to enjoying plenty of delicious hot cross buns 🍞✨… it’s been full of smiles and sweet treats.

Our Easter bonnets turned into a fabulous little fashion show 👒💃 We definitely have some trendsetters in the building! (Thank you to the lovely Denise for making the runway moments happen, We wore our hats with pride!) and to top it all off… we made the most amazing rice crispy Easter nests 🐰🍫

Safe to say, they didn’t last very long – they were just too yummy! 😋

Such a special weekend filled with laughter, creativity and a little bit of chocolate… just how Easter should be 💕
