I love it when someone I’ve worked with has the confidence to fly solo.

One of the best feelings in the world is supporting someone who has historical trauma, and watching their confidence burst through.

There are a few ways to accomplish this, Reiki and Meditation helps the replace negative thoughts instilled in you through many years of listening to those who set out to dull your light.

Sadly on Monday we bury my beloved mum Lesley-Anne Brewster. Many of you will know her from always being my top fan , and one of the top contributors. Whenever anyone joined the page Ma would be one of the first welcoming newcomers .
She was the strongest woman I ever knew. Encouraged me in everything I tried. Even when she knew there was a chance of me not completing it. A strong , loving beautiful woman and at 53 years old I don’t know what I’m going to do without her. So Hail the traveler , may she be peaceful in the Summerlands

I’ll be away from Saturday and off until mid week .

Living with Autism and ADHD brings a unique lens to creativity!

Some days, my mind is like a fireworks show — ideas bursting, colors swirling, and possibilities everywhere!

Other days, it's a little more like a maze, where I’m finding my way slowly but surely.

But here’s the beauty: Neurodivergent creativity thrives in chaos and calm alike.

I embrace both moments of hyperfocus where I can lose myself in a project for hours and those moments of free-flowing daydreaming that lead to unexpected inspiration.

Creativity isn't about following a straight path; it's about finding your path, no matter how unconventional.

I’m proud of the way my brain works, and I'm learning to embrace every twist and turn!
