✨ We’ve done it… we are officially CQC Rated GOOD! ✨

We are incredibly proud to share that following our recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our home Trewan House has achieved a GOOD rating in all Areas.

This reflects the hard work, dedication and compassion shown every single day by our amazing team. From providing safe, person centred care to creating a warm, family-focused environment this achievement belongs to every member of staff, our residents, and their loved ones who support us.

As a family run organisation, we are involved in our homes daily, listening, learning and continuously improving to ensure the highest standards of care. Today is a moment to celebrate how far we have come and tomorrow we continue striving to be even better.

🔵 Exciting update!

We are delighted to share some wonderful news from within our care home family.

📣 We are pleased to announce that from Monday, Jane Mansell, currently our home manager at Goldendale House will be the new Home Manager at Tall Oaks! We want to reassure everyone that Jane is not leaving the company. Jane has been a valued and trusted member of Care Concepts for many years, and her experience and commitment makes her the perfect person to lead and support Tall Oaks during this exciting next chapter.

👏 Congratulations are also in order for Hannah Blake, who has been appointed as the new Home Manager at Goldendale House. Hannah brings dedication, compassion, and strong leadership to the role, and we are confident she will continue to uphold the high standards of care at Goldendale.

Please join us in congratulating Hannah and Jane in their new roles. We wish them every success and thank them both for their continued dedication to our residents, families, and teams 💙

Well, what a day at Tall Oaks but after weeks of hard work and careful planning, our lounge refurbishment is finally complete! The transformation has created a bright, modern, and welcoming space that is already bringing so much joy to our residents and their families. Seeing the smiles as they enjoy the new lounge makes it all worthwhile.
