☕Pay for the coffee or lunch of the person behind you in a queue who you think would appreciate a pick-me-up
🛍️ Offer to pick something up from the shop or run a small errand for someone
👋 Check in on someone who has been quiet or less visible recently
🩶 Offer a sincere compliment, especially one that recognises effort rather than appearance
🤗 Ask, “Would you like company?” if you think they'd appreciate it
💬Invite someone for a walk or a chat, even for a short time
