They offer a chance to meet other parents and gain an understanding of tools and techniques to support your child with their mental health.

Visyon offer a variety of courses and workshops for parents including a 6 week Managing Worries and Anxiety programme where you will get the chance to meet other parents, gain an in-depth understanding of what anxiety is and learn how you can support your child with their anxious feelings.

Laura and Rachel recently completed their training to deliver the 8 week programme, an evidence based course designed to help teenage girls grow their sense of self and value themselves.
