Meet our amazing Grace.

You may of read about her incredible journey in the Chronicle with over a 13st loss and achieving her club 50 award which is when a member has lost over half off their body weight. The transformation is unregonisable, Grace is full of inspiration, advice and tips in group week in week out and always ready and raring to hop on those scales.

Amanda is truly inspiring in group with fabulous recipe ideas and amazing cake treats!
Yes you heard it you can have your cake and eat it on SW whilst loosing weight week in week out! 😍
Amanda joined group with her son and both have done amazing on their journeys. Target is now well within reach with an almost 4st loss!

Wow they say a photo is worth a thousand words.
These before and after photos speak for themselves!
Our lovely Lorraine Jones initially joined to loose weight for a family wedding, she wanted to loose 3st and has smashed that target!
Still on her SW journey and a huge inspiration in group each week.
She looks fabulous and hubby has also lost weight a huge congratulations to them both 💞
