Thank you to all of our patients who have responded to our recent Surveys. We are thrilled that in our most recent survey 89% of patients that gave us feedback rated us ‘Very Good’ or ‘Good’.
We ❤️ to read the positive comments and we are excited to pass them on to our clinical and patient services teams 🌟
Here is a selection of your comments:
✍🏻 Seen on the day. Appropriate outcome. Pleasant and efficient consultation.
✍🏻The attentiveness of the nurse practitioner I saw made me feel valued and my concerns listened to.
✍🏻 Online triage worked very well, and doctor emailed a referral through very quickly. Could not have been better.
✍🏻 My experience has always been positive; the whole team are excellent.
✍🏻 Helpful and polite staff.
✍🏻 Always prompt and efficient.
And of course, we always want to know what we could do better 🤔 and are committed to listening to our patients 👂🏻and improving. Here is how we do it with your help:
❓Sometimes I don’t know about an appointment or call. And I don’t always know what has happened with my triage request/submitted form.
🗨️We have provided more information on our response messages and reviewed how our staff send and use them. We always encourage our patients use the NHS app. This is a great way to see what appointments have been arranged. You can also send requests to the practice, order medication, see your results and manage referrals and hospital appointments with your app. Your healthcare in your pocket!
❓I have been asked for a repeat blood test but I don’t know why.
🗨️A new patient information leaflet about repeating tests is in development. You should be given this if you ever need more tests. If there is something concerning in your results, we will contact you with more information or an appointment with a clinician for a review.
❓I have been given confusing/conflicting advice.
🗨️We have reviewed which areas have caused confusion. We are looking at how to continue to offer training and development to our staff and how we train for better outcomes and knowledge. We have changed the way that we communicate changes and processes to staff with a focus on consistency and how to make information easy to share and access for all staff.

Thank you – your feedback matters! ❤️

Look out for more insights coming soon.
