We are pleased to announce that we are now taking appointments at Macclesfield College. By attending one of our commercial salon sessions, you will be supporting our trainee therapists as they work toward their beauty qualifications while gaining valuable, hands-on client experience.
Our current treatment menu includes facials, lash and brow tinting, lash lifting, makeup, and manicures. Additional treatments—such as pedicures, waxing, and tanning—will be introduced as we move toward the Christmas and spring seasons.

A fond farewell for now!
Thank you all (particularly Sara) it’s been a journey and a half, end of an era-22 Years on Congleton High Street, here’s to new ventures 🥂
I’m all set up at home to continue limited appointments on a Friday and I’m off to see Sara’s new salon tomorrow, more photos to come!

Apologies if my way of informing you felt insensitive, I posted it of FB then went to my booking system to email you all to find that since I reduced my service (online bookings etc) a while ago it has removed the function to allow me to email you all personally 🙈with hindsight I should have done it the other way around 🤦‍♀️ love to you all 🥰

Dear all,

As many of you know, I began an exciting new chapter in September, starting my lecturing career in Beauty. I absolutely love my new role, but balancing it with running the salon has been challenging, as I’m only able to work on Fridays and Saturdays.

With my lease at Oak House coming to an end, it feels like the natural time to take the next step and focus fully on this new phase of my Beauty career. After much thought, I have made the decision to close 8th Planet Beauty.

I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support over the years. 8th Planet Beauty has been an amazing journey, and I’m so grateful for the memories we’ve shared and the trust you’ve placed in me.

For the foreseeable future, I will continue to work mobile on Fridays. If your appointment is affected, I’ll contact you personally to discuss next steps.

I’m pleased to share that Sara, Michelle, and Abbie will continue offering their wonderful services from other local salons and will be in touch soon to let you know where they’ll be based.

Our final day at Oak House will be Friday, 21st February.
