James and I are looking to expand as we are at capacity with appointments. The position would be suitable for both new grads and experienced practitioners.

Hours are flexible and we’ll happily work around your current commitments to make it work for you!

Shoulder Pain!! 💥

One of the most common shoulder injuries we see in clinic are rotator cuff issues!

These can vary from mild strains to full ruptures. The extent of the injury will of course dictate the prognosis and our treatment plan!

One of our priorities with all rotator cuff injuries is loading those tendons as soon as possible.

Meet James!

I joined the team at the Leagate Osteopaths last year after studying a Masters in Osteopathy at Swansea University!

I was led to the profession following a rugby injury and was fascinated by how the osteopath could identify a problem and use both treatment and advice to quickly get me back on the pitch.

My main interests lie in sport injuries and rehab thanks to playing rugby and enjoying being active myself, I follow an evidence-informed approach to treating patients and enjoy working with the physical and psychological effects of chronic pain.

Meet The Team ⭐️

Laura - Clinic Owner

As a child, I was a keen gymnast and trampolinist. Over the years, I sustained my fair share of injuries and I was amazed by the way my Osteopath managed to help me get back to training so quick! This has influenced my interest in sporting injuries over the years!

After 4 years at university studying a masters in Osteopathy, I then moved to Morzine in the French Alps for a winter to season to treat skiing and snowboarding injuries!

I now run the with fellow Osteo James, alongside running the with my fiancee !

When I’m not working I tend to be walking my 2 rather naughty doggies or swimming in freezing cold water somewhere!

Meet the new clinic dog!

Most of you will have already met or at least heard of the naughty Spaniel Ollie but we now have a new addition!!

We met Obi whilst on holiday in Mauritius and didn’t have the heart to leave her behind. She’s now settling in with her new best friend and I’m sure she will soon be wandering around and making herself known!
