Join our free NHS Virtual Menopause Workshop, organised by NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board and delivered by Dr Narmatha Kangeyan, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Registering with your GP as a carer
If you look after someone, letting your GP know you’re a carer can make a real difference. By registering, you’ll be added to the carers’ register – helping your GP understand your responsibilities and offer the right support.

This could mean:
✨ Help with managing prescriptions
✨ Access to the vaccinations you’re entitled to
✨ Extra support for your own health and wellbeing

It’s a simple step to make sure you’re looked after too. You can tell your GP in person, over the phone, or by using the Registering with your GP template.
