Well it's here and ready to use!!

Some gym rules to keep it a happy usable place!!

-Wipe down machines after use

-Please don't hog machines sat on your phones

-Please train in groups of no more than 3
people

-All under 18s must be out by the end of staffed hours

-Return plates to the holders and re-rack your dumbbells after use

-Put all empty drink cans and bottles in the bin when finished

-Out of hours! Your key card is for your self only, do not let others in with it (unless previously agreed with my self)

You may have noticed the seated row machine as been removed from the Gym!

That's because it's being replaced with a better one and should be here within the next week!!
