👁️ With the heavy reliance on technology for work and play, Digital Eye Strain is something that affects the majority of us. However, a few simple habits can make a big difference:

• Follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look away from your screen at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds, allowing your eye muscles to relax and refocus). It's tempting to just push through but this minute can really extend your productivity.
• Adjust your screen brightness/text size
• Blink more to avoid dryness
• Keep good posture & screen position
• Use anti-glare protection or ask us about lens coatings
• Make sure your lighting isn’t too harsh
• Take regular screen breaks
• Stay hydrated
