*Booking & Cancellation Policy*
-To help appointments run smoothly and to make sure we can offer the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you read our booking policy below.
-When booking online, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For appointments booked via social media or direct message, a minimum £20 deposit will be required to confirm your slot.
-Your deposit will always be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day, so it simply goes towards your appointment.
-If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being retained.
-This policy helps us protect our appointment times and allows us to offer availability to other clients who may be waiting.
