This is for you if you:

π Want to kick-start a fitter, healthier lifestyle with other like-minded ladies
π Can commit to 3 early mornings (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 6am) each week. Each session is 45 minutes long.
π Are willing to do whatever it takes (within reason) in those 8 to 12 weeks.
