Heavy training schedule had led to increased build-up in toxicity in the legs & a constant dull ache in the back‼️

Dry needling, cupping & effective manual therapy techniques were used to restore functionality to the impacted areas, allowing for free movement & releasing tension that had been trapped in these areas for quite some time due to RSI related issues with the heavy training programme Ryan had been on over the last 8-10 weeks.

ladies player was in for an upper body reset. 🏉

Dry Cupping was the chosen methodology to help free Sophie up in time for her important game that Saturday.

Frequent training/increased workload must always be paired with effective recovery methods.

Sophie had this to say about the treatment received:

"Felt great after our session. Shoulder was much better for my game, felt less restricted for sure! First club game this weekend so I’m sure I’ll be back soon. I’ll definitely be going for the cupping, I think the mix of treatments was perfect for me and the pressure in the massage was just right." 📈
