I’m thinking about training in Ayurvedic Full Body Massage to offer something new and deeply relaxing alongside reflexology — but before I take the plunge, I’d really love to know what you think.

What is Ayurvedic Massage?
It’s a traditional Indian massage using warm herbal oils and flowing movements to help the body unwind, release tension, and restore balance. Many people find it deeply calming and great for overall wellbeing.
