I often get asked how often you should get a sports massage..
If you are an elite athlete you should get at least one massage per week. However If you are a regular gym goer and train most days every 1-2 weeks would be recommended. If you do regular light exercise once every 2-4 weeks is sufficient.
Always know your body, don’t train when you are tired. Warm up and cool down sufficiently. Take appropriate rest for recovery. Regular massage benefits your performance....
