📱 National Eye Health Week 2025 - Day 4: Give Your Eyes a Break! 🌳

In today's digital world, screens are everywhere! While they're essential for work and fun, too much screen time can take a toll on our eyes, leading to strain, dryness, and even impacting our vision over time.

One of the best ways to combat screen fatigue, especially for our little ones, is to step outside! Spending time outdoors, particularly in natural light, is incredibly beneficial for eye development and can help reduce the risk of myopia (short-sightedness). Plus, looking at distant objects helps to relax the eye muscles after focusing up close on screens.
