💜 Mama Moves: Final Block of 2025! 💜

I can’t believe we’re here—the last block of 2025! What started back in January as just one mum asking if I’d ever think about running Postnatal sessions has grown into a whole year of watching babies come through the door—some as tiny newborns, some still joining us at 11 months old!

From those first nervous steps through the door to strong, confident mums finding themselves again, it’s been such a privilege to be part of your postnatal recovery journey. Thank you to all the amazing mums who’ve trusted me and shown up for themselves and their babies 💜

📅 Final 5 week block: 18th Nov – 19th Dec
✅ Attend 1 or 2 sessions per week

Next week will be the start of our new 5 week block of Postnatal classes 💜

Our postnatal sessions are designed with intention to help build strength, connection, and confidence in your postnatal journey. 💪👶

📅 Starts week beginning 14th October. Choose between 1 or 2 sessions per week.

This cycle blends strength, hypertrophy and power. Each big lift is trained twice per week with dropsets to build muscle and reinforce technique under fatigue.
