🔥Our new pogram is designed for women who want to build confidence and learn how to lift weights properly.

The StrongHER Program is designed for:
✨️Women who have never lifted weights before
✨️Those returning to exercise after a break
✨️Anyone wanting to feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in the gym

Over this 4-week program, you’ll learn:
💫Proper lifting technique
💫Fundamental strength movements
💫How to use gym equipment confidently
💫How to progressively build strength safely

📅 Program Details:
⏳️Duration: 4 week block
🏋‍♀️Sessions: 2 per week
🗓Days: Tuesday & Thursday
⌚️Time: 8:30pm

A supportive, women-only environment where you can learn, grow, and get stronger together.

2️⃣Buzzing to finally complete a full 12 week training block with no setbacks🤩. Last year was a mental battle with setbacks due to my endometriosis. Even us coaches have setbacks, but its showing up on them tough days that make the good days easier.
3️⃣We got our delivery of RAMS from . Everyone is loving the change up in sessions using them. .fit race pending.
4️⃣Dont neglate your strength training. Its the building blocks to a stronger lifestyle.

A great day out yesterday at and hyrox sim.
The way a sim should be relaxed and a fun day out with the gym team😅

Well done to and her partner getting a 1.14, a nice PB since joining us in January. The hard work and showing up consistently is paying off 💪

Myself and took on the mixed doubles and pulled a time of 55.15 out of the bag. A nice wee boost with it being my first race since last June and Mick trying to wreak himself this last few weeks on me😅 3 weeks out from Glasgow, last few weeks of work to put in before race day🏁

Mums, this is your sign to put you back on the list 💛

Our next 5-week Postnatal Mama Moves block begins Tuesday 24th March – Tuesday 31st March and is all about helping you reconnect with your body after birth, rebuild strength, and move with confidence again safely and gently.

✨ These sessions are designed specifically for postnatal bodies
✨ Focus on core, pelvic floor & full-body strength
✨ Supportive, welcoming space — no pressure, no judgment
✨ A chance to breathe, move, and feel like you again

🗓 Please note:
There will be no sessions on Tuesday 17th March or Friday 3rd April.

Whether you’re newly postnatal or further along in your journey, this is your time to invest in your strength, your wellbeing, and your energy because a stronger mama supports everyone 💕

1️⃣Celebrating 6 years since we first moved to our bigger gym space🥳 what a journey it has been!
2️⃣Our gym upgrade finally complete 💪
New cardio equipment so there is no need to share equipment in sessions 💦
3️⃣Upstairs painting✅️
4️⃣Our run club started with a successful turn out. Its great to see members and non members showing up each week and improving their health and fitness😅
5️⃣Our postnatal Mama moves returned for another 6 week block, welcoming new mums that are 6 weeks postpartum and mums returning from previous blocks as they love the flexibility of being able to bring the baby with then💜👩‍🍼
