Our next 6 week block of Postnatal Mama Moves will begin after Easter.

Coming away 12th overall in 18:06 😮‍🔥 serious running!

🏁My first ever road race, 19.22

Our 9 members that took on the 5k race all completed it in a sub30✨️👏

We had another 6 members that took on the half marathon and all with sub 1.50 times✨️👏

HYROX Glasgow last week: 1:02:43 with ✨️🔥

With it being the end of March and Endometriosis Awareness Month, I want to say this to anyone who is suffering in pain quietly: you are not alone. We are in this together.

Five months ago, the last time I raced, my body was physically and mentally breaking down with chronic pain(scroll to end to see a video of me physically broke on race day and when i decided to pull the pin that day). I hide the pain every day, while hearing things like, “you don’t look that bad” or “your pain can’t be as bad as my friend’s she is crippled.” But the truth is, you never really know the pain someone is battling on a daily basis.

I finally managed to put together a full 12-week block of training from December, and I’m proud to see that hard work pay off. But that block was far from perfect. There were days I only managed half a session because flare-ups hit in the middle of training. Days I turned up, tried to start the workout, and had to leave straight away. And then there were days when I had unreal sessions and got that buzz for training again. That’s the reality of it. Progress isn’t always linear!

So this race meant a lot. Not just because of the result, but because I kept going. Through the setbacks, the pain, the frustration, and the days no one sees behind closed doors.

To anyone dealing with chronic pain, endometriosis, or invisible battles:
Keep going.
Your pain is real, and so is your strength.

🔥Our new pogram is designed for women who want to build confidence and learn how to lift weights properly.

The StrongHER Program is designed for:
✨️Women who have never lifted weights before
✨️Those returning to exercise after a break
✨️Anyone wanting to feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in the gym

Over this 4-week program, you’ll learn:
💫Proper lifting technique
💫Fundamental strength movements
💫How to use gym equipment confidently
💫How to progressively build strength safely

📅 Program Details:
⏳️Duration: 4 week block
🏋‍♀️Sessions: 2 per week
🗓Days: Tuesday & Thursday

2️⃣Buzzing to finally complete a full 12 week training block with no setbacks🤩. Last year was a mental battle with setbacks due to my endometriosis. Even us coaches have setbacks, but its showing up on them tough days that make the good days easier.
3️⃣We got our delivery of RAMS from . Everyone is loving the change up in sessions using them. .fit race pending.
4️⃣Dont neglate your strength training. Its the building blocks to a stronger lifestyle.

A great day out yesterday at and hyrox sim.
The way a sim should be relaxed and a fun day out with the gym team😅

Well done to and her partner getting a 1.14, a nice PB since joining us in January. The hard work and showing up consistently is paying off 💪

Myself and took on the mixed doubles and pulled a time of 55.15 out of the bag. A nice wee boost with it being my first race since last June and Mick trying to wreak himself this last few weeks on me😅 3 weeks out from Glasgow, last few weeks of work to put in before race day🏁
