Join Abigail this Saturday for a special one off class that will leave you feeling centred, open and softly energised ✨
The sequence moves in a circle around the mat, rather than staying facing one way. You’ll repeat the same pattern of movement, gradually travelling around the space so the body feels evenly worked and balanced.
Inspired by the cycles of nature, the moon and the rhythms within us, each round becomes a moving meditation – building strength, balance and awareness while inviting a sense of wholeness and harmony in the body.
In this two hour workshop we will enjoy an extended period in pranyama at the start of the class, this helps to calm the mind, balance energy and improve focus.
We will finish with some jounaling to help us to reflect on the experience. This is particularly effective in a held space to help intergate the experience and strengthen the mind body connection ❤️
