Join Natalie on the 28th for a gorgeous evening of restorative yoga, meditation & ceremony ✨

It will be a gentle, slow paced, meditative practice. Expect mainly floor poses and long holds. Using breathing techniques to create space and openness in the body and mind. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets provided. Please feel free to bring your own cushion.

We will always begin the class by opening sacred space and there will be time at the end of the practice for intergration where we can sip tea and share our experience if we are called to. A wonderful community feel where we can connect energeticly with out the need for words.

We get it, leaving the house when it’s dark is tough! Especially after a hard days work.

BUT… what about leaving the house to head to a warm, cosy, dimly lit, womb space to breathe deeply, move slowly and soothe the nervous system before bed?

Beats staying at home with the screen right?

Throw on some cosy warm layers and head along, your body will thank you 🍁☯️🐢

Every year we enter a gratitude Xmas tree into the Corbridge church competition. This year Terri Anne and Natalie would love it if we could all get together to make the tree as a community.

We will still have the gratitude theme but need a new tree.

Those of you that would like to join us, we will be meeting at the studio on Wednesday 19th November at 10.45am. We will head into the woods to gather some materials then head back to the studio for some Xmas nibbles, music and hot drinks to construct something that resembles a tree 🤣
We are absolutely NOT bothered about it being any good, we just want something that some of our beautiful community have spent time making together laughing and in joy 🤩
