This isn’t about bad posture
Or doing something wrong 💆♀️
It’s about load.
Here are a few things I see all the time with people who sit and think for a living;
Constant neck or shoulder tension that never fully disappears,
Jaw clenching without realising 😬
Breathing that stays high in the chest
Feeling tired but wired
Struggling to properly relax even when you lie down
This kind of strain is quiet,
Invisible,
Easy to dismiss.
But your body feels it,
Sitting still while staying mentally switched on is demanding 🖥️
Often more than physical work.
