If you've ever struggled to sleep because of pain, this will help.

Not the "can't switch my brain off" kind of sleeplessness.

The kind where you're exhausted but your body won't let you get comfortable.

You shift position every 20 minutes. Wake up at 3am. Get up feeling worse than when you went to bed.
That's not bad luck. There's usually something physical driving it.

Here's what's often going on.

1. Your hips are pulling on your lower back.
Tight hip flexors, common in anyone who sits for work, create a constant low-level drag on the lumbar spine. Lying flat makes it worse, not better.

2. Your upper traps are still switched on.
Those muscles either side of your neck? They don't clock off just because you do. If they've been overworked all day, they stay wound up all night. Jaw clenching. Neck ache. Restless shoulders.

3. Your nervous system hasn't downshifted.
Chronic pain keeps the body in a low-level alert state. You can't properly rest when your body still thinks something's wrong.

4. Your mattress is getting the blame for your muscles.
Worth mentioning. A lot of people replace their bed when what actually needs addressing is the tension they're taking into it.

5. The pain isn't the problem it's the signal.
Sleep doesn't improve until the source of the tension is dealt with. Not masked. Dealt with.

This is one of the things that changes most noticeably after treatment for a lot of clients.

Better sleep. More energy. Feeling like a person again.
Which of these sounds most like your nights right now?

5 things that happen to your body when you sit at a desk all day.

Most people in shrug this stuff off.
They shouldn't.

1. Your hip flexors shorten.
Sitting keeps them in a compressed position for hours. Over time, they start pulling on your lower back. That's where a lot of "back pain" actually comes from.

2. Your upper traps take over.
Your neck and shoulder muscles were never meant to hold your head up all day while you stare at a screen. They're exhausted. That's the tension you can feel when someone touches your shoulders.

3. You get "Batman neck."
Restricted neck rotation. Instead of turning your head, you turn your whole body to look sideways. Like Batman. Funny until it isn't.

4. Your rhomboids switch off.
Those muscles between your shoulder blades — your "Pringles cans" — go quiet. Your chest tightens to compensate. Rounded shoulders. Hunched posture. Headaches.

5. Your body stops telling you something's wrong.
It adapts. The ache becomes background noise. You forget what "normal" feels like. Until you tie your shoelaces one day and can't quite get back up.

None of this is permanent.
Most of it responds really well to treatment.
Which one sounds most like you right now?

Most people book a massage for one thing,

then mention six others once they're on the table.

The shoulder that's been grinding for months,
The hamstring that never quite recovered,

The headaches that show up every Thursday like clockwork.

Sound familiar?

That's exactly what the 75-minute treatment is built for.

It's the most thorough session I offer, and honestly its the one that tends to surprise people most.

We start at the top. Neck, shoulders, upper back which are the stuff most desk workers are quietly carrying around.

Then we work down. Glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, feet, all the bits that connect to everything else.

Then we come back to whatever needs the most attention.

There's also Indian head massage built in.
Which sounds like a luxury add-on.
It isn't. For tension headaches and jaw tightness, it's one of the most effective things I do.

This session is for the person who's been putting their body last for too long.

The one whose body is giving them a long list of complaints and they don't know where to start.
The tradesperson who's been grafting all week and needs a proper reset, not a quick rub.
The desk worker who hasn't felt like themselves in months.

After 75 minutes you don't just feel better in one spot.
You feel like your body is actually working together again.

Like something got untangled.

If that sounds like what you need, message me INFO.
I'll tell you whether this is the right session for you.
