This week I’ve been leaning deeply into two beautiful crystals: Dragon’s Blood Jasper and Prehnite. Both have been showing up for me in such a meaningful way that I wanted to share a little personal story behind them. 💚🐉

During a quiet moment between clients, I found myself instinctively reaching for Dragon’s Blood. It’s a crystal I turn to when I need strength, grounding, and a reminder of my own inner fire. Lately I’ve been navigating some emotional heaviness, and this stone has been helping me reconnect with my courage and passion—both as a therapist and as a human just trying her best.

Prehnite, on the other hand, has become my gentle anchor. It’s known as the stone of unconditional love and healing, and I’ve been placing it on my heart space during meditation before starting treatments. It brings this soft, comforting energy that reminds me to slow down, breathe, and stay open… even on days when life feels a little overwhelming.

Today I supported a new client who has been through a year of immense physical and emotional strain.
Together, we created a gentle space for her to rest, release, and reconnect.

Her treatment blended massage, Reiki, relaxation-breathing, guided meditation, and abdominal pressure-point work — bringing her body back into safety and her energy back into alignment.
We focused closely on her Throat Chakra, helping her reclaim her voice… and her Third Eye Chakra, supporting clarity, intuition, and inner calm.

😂 Please forgive my Yahoo Serious / Einstein hair moment in this reel — clearly, my creativity flows in more directions than one!

On a more serious note… I’ve just discovered that my facials page on massagebyzoe.com/facial has a few mysteriously vanished words and a couple of treatments with no descriptions (oops!).

Running everything solo means I don’t always catch these little gremlins right away — but with my morning coffee, Denver the dachshund, and Ian and Stevie the cats as my admin assistants, I’ll be fixing it all today.
