🎉Joint Birthday Celebrations at CB Training🎉
A big Happy Birthday to John and Jay today!
We've shared a few of our favourite photos... we couldn't resist starting with a staged First Aid demonstration which may have been enjoyed a little too much👀😂 (don't worry no instructors were harmed in the making of this video😅)
Jokes aside we're very lucky to have these two brilliant instructors who bring experience, high standards and plenty of personality to the team. They're both a huge credit to the business.
Have a great day guys🎉👍

What an amazing day spent on one of our client sites today, talking all things Training & Development while one of our expert instructors delivered hands-on training on specialist equipment.
There’s nothing better than seeing real engagement in the room — knowledge being shared, questions being asked, and confidence growing as delegates get to grips with complex machinery in a safe, structured environment.
Investing in people isn’t just a box-ticking exercise. It’s about building competence, improving safety, increasing efficiency, and empowering teams to perform at their very best.
A huge thank you to our client for their commitment to continuous improvement and to our instructor for delivering such a professional and impactful session.
Days like this are exactly why we do what we do — developing skills, supporting businesses, and making workplaces safer and stronger.
If you’re looking to upskill your team or deliver specialist equipment training on-site, let’s have a conversation.

We’re running an ITSSAR Instructors Re-Reg course on 12th, 13th & 14th March.
This course is normally delivered over 5 days, but for this intake we are restricting it to just 3 experienced instructors/tutors, allowing us to deliver it over 3 intensive days.
I’ll be attending the course myself, bringing 24+ years’ experience as an instructor and tutor, and we now have 2 spaces remaining for experienced professionals who want to re-register in a focused, high-level setting.
This is a one-off opportunity with a very small cohort, ensuring quality, depth and professional discussion throughout.
If you’re an experienced instructor looking to complete your re-registration efficiently and alongside fellow professionals, this is for you.
📩 Contact our office or drop me a DM to secure one of the places.
