“As the season changes to spring, new beginnings emerge” 🌸

It is with sadness that my time at Eternity has come to a close. But as with every great book, a new chapter will surely appear.

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the incredible support you have shown me and Eternity. This journey has held so many moments, some filled with sadness, but so many filled with love and hope. I’ve had the privilege of meeting the most wonderful people, making great friends, sharing laughter, tears, hugs, and memories I will hold in my heart forever.

You, our community, have helped shape Eternity, and me, into the person I am today. By listening to one another, we’ve created a safe, compassionate, and truly personal space where families are cared for with unwavering devotion. For that, I am forever grateful and exceptionally proud.

Eternity will always be a part of me. It holds such a special place in my heart, my Grandad’s legacy. It has become a cornerstone of our community, and I hope you will continue to support the amazing work it does.

I truly mean it when I say that anyone who knows me, in any capacity, knows I’ll always be there, just a phone call or message away.

Thank you for your trust. It has been an honour to serve and support you, to care for your loved ones, and to be part of this wonderful community. I wish you all every blessing.

“Because the small things really do matter…”

When we began to think about our uniform, we knew it had to embrace tradition, but with a fresh approach.

In an industry that has historically been male-dominated, women’s funeral attire often leans towards more masculine designs. Katie felt strongly about changing that. She wanted something unmistakably feminine, yet still carrying the dignity and respect the role deserves.

Matthew, too, wanted to reflect tradition in his own way, choosing tails as a subtle nod to his past as a ballroom dancer, he’s certainly no stranger to a tailcoat.

Every detail of our uniform has been carefully considered and lovingly finished, with bespoke elements designed by us and brought to life by a truly talented tailor in Corby.

And of course… no look is complete without perfectly polished, shining shoes.

Why is this so important? Because it reflects who we are and everything our business stands for, truly respectful, deeply personal, and utterly unique 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women in our community 💐

Today we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, aunties, mentors, and all the amazing women who nurture, guide, and care for others with so much love.

Whether you’re raising little ones, sharing wisdom with the next generation, or simply showing up with a mother’s heart, today is for you.

Thank you for the love you give so freely. We appreciate you more than words can say. 💕

We also hold close the beautiful women who are no longer with us. That little light in your heart, that little smile on your face, and those warm memories that come out of nowhere are gentle reminders that they are right beside us today and everyday 🤍 🕊️

“She Make A Difference”

Celebrating another incredible woman in our local community who truly makes a difference. A woman who for four decades has welcomed clients into her chair, but what she has given people goes far beyond great hair ✂️

A hairdresser’s chair is often so much more than just a place for a cut or colour, it becomes a space where life is shared. Over the years Lorna will have seen so many moments: first jobs, weddings, babies, career changes, celebrations, and sometimes the tougher seasons too. Her chair has been a place for laughter, honest conversations, encouragement and support.

Being a hairdresser for 40 years means building real relationships with people. It means clients who have grown up in her chair, families who have trusted her for generations, and friendships that have been shaped over time. Lorna will have been a quiet counsellor, career adviser, listener and cheerleader for people who sit with her week after week and year after year.

Alongside this incredible career, she has also been a successful business owner, a Strictly Corby contestant, a mum and a grandmother. She has also recently spent time caring for her own mum when she was poorly, showing the same dedication and compassion to every aspect of her personal life as she does with her clients.

Today we celebrate not just 40 years of hairdressing, but 40 years of care, conversation, friendship and community.

Meet Danielle 💛

Celebrating another incredible woman in our local community who truly makes a difference. Today, it’s a pleasure to recognise Danielle.

Danielle has worked tirelessly to create supportive and inclusive spaces within the community, which have become incredibly valuable to the people they serve. She is also a passionate supporter of many great causes. Most recently, she helped a poorly young girl see her special wish come true and continues to support an initiative that provides free breakfasts for local schoolchildren.

As a businesswoman, Danielle continues to grow and thrive locally, showing that hard work and dedication truly pay off. What a fantastic role model for younger women in our local area!

We can’t wait to continue following your journey, Danielle, we’re sure there are many more exciting and amazing things on the horizon for you.

🌟 “She Makes a Difference” 🌟

Meet Elaine 💛

As promised, this week we are celebrating some of the incredible women in our local community who truly make a difference, women who are valued and appreciated by the people whose lives they touch every day.

To kick off the week, we met Elaine.

Elaine has worked with Marie Curie for an amazing 16 years, providing compassionate care and support to people in our community living with terminal illness. Her dedication has brought comfort, dignity and kindness to so many families during some of their most difficult moments.

Elaine also recently showed the true power of “women supporting women”, standing devotedly beside her friend as she navigated a significant loss. 💕

👏 Please join us in saying THANK YOU to Elaine for all that she does and for the many lives she has touched.
