Huge shout out to Aaron & Carla Louise Bailey absolutely smashing their latest reviews !!!!

Carla was doing the typical “mum” thing looking after everyone else and forgetting about herself ! Fuelling on quick convenient snacks rather than proper meals.
Fast forward and they are both eating double what they used to body fat is dropping , cm are dropping and all the health stats are going in the right direction !!

Aaron has an active job and again was no way eating enough for what he burns , again grabbing on the go !!
Now feeling more energetic, better hydrated and new goals set !
