Krissi said to us just this week u saw me at my worst, however the difference in her now I almost can’t remember that person as she’s gone . The smile is back , she’s feeling good about herself, she’s enjoying picking new clothes and all in all lives how she feels 🫶

That’s exactly what Kate has done in her last 10 visits dropped 3kg of FAT but maintained her muscle mass
Eating 5 x per day hitting her protein target and absolutely smashing the cm loss 🫶
