Keep FIT Dancing classes Tuesday mornings 9.30am and Thursday evenings at 6.15pm both at Annunciation Hall, Charminster Rd, Bournemouth. Both sessions 45 minutes. Adults of all ages, men and women, no partner needed, learning Ballroom & Latin steps whilst exercising and having fun to music. So doesn't matter if you know how to dance or not, suitable for all abilities. Come and have fun dancing alongside others. The following holidays both include 2 or 3 morning Tuition, 3 or 4 Themed evenings of Ballroom, Latin, Popular sequence with one or two line and fun dances, Bed & Breakfast, 3 course evening meals, Welcome drinks every evening at Langstone Cliff Hotel and on the first evening at Marsham Court Hotel.

Langstone Cliff Hotel, DAWLISH. Friday 10th to Monday 13th July 2026 (3 nights).

Marsham Court Hotel, BOURNEMOUTH. Sunday 4th to Thursday 8th October 2026 (4 nights).

Keep-Dancing 16th Anniversary Dinner and Dance at Carrington House Hotel, Bournemouth. Over £400 was raised for Cancer Research UK and thank you to everyone who contributed towards raffle prizes and buying tickets. A special award in memory of the late Jenny Broom was awarded by David Broom to our dear mum (Mollie) who is now 89 years, for all her support and encouragement to all of our pupils over all the years from the beginner to the competitor for the love and support she has given us two daughters and her grandchildren too in all our dancing careers.
