I’m still floating after an unforgettable week hosting my yoga retreat in beautiful Andalusia. The sunshine, the mountains, the stillness of the mornings, the laughter at dinner, and the deep connections we shared — everything came together in the most magical way.

🌻Ayurveda never stops to surprise me🌻

I suffer from a genetic disease where my body reproduces more layers of skin on my hands and feet than normal! This causes all sorts of problems with my skin, this disease is related to arthritis. There is no cure however I’m always looking ways holistically to help with the symptoms!
I know that sea swimming and sun really help my hands and feet 🙏🌻
This summer my beautiful daughter introduced me to Dandelion Tea .. it’s blown my mind how after 4 weeks my hands are less painful and looking less inflamed 😊
