The world is wild and scary, particularly right now. It’s easy to feel like we’re moving backwards with women’s rights being taken away across the globe.

International Women’s Day is an opportunity to highlight these atrocities but also to use the chance to celebrate some of the amazing achievements being made every day by girls and women.

Boundaries are limits or rules that we put in place for ourselves to protect our mental health and wellbeing. They give clear expectations to the people around us, foster healthy connections whilst promoting our own autonomy.

Boundaries are varied; from saying no to going for that drink on a Friday night because you’re tired from work, to your in-laws involvement in your marriage or even making sure you take your lunch break at work (yes, even the paid ones)!

Hi, I’m Melissa.

My passion is to support folks to live a shame-free and fulfilling life. No matter the reason that you are seeking therapy, I would love to offer the time and space to collaborate with you in your journey of exploration and growth into the most authentic version of yourself.

I currently have space in my therapy practice to take on new clients throughout the week days and evenings. Sessions can be via video, telephone or face to face in Helston, Cornwall.

I offer a 30-minute free consultation which will give us a chance to meet one another, discuss how we would work together and allow you to see if you think I would be the right fit for you.

Taking the time to reflect on how you have grown is a really beautiful way to remind yourself that we are forever changing and evolving.
