A question I get asked almost everyday!
And more often than not, the answer is YES!
Obviously this is dependant on the severity of the injury… BUT in many circumstances a detailed Gait Analysis can be a GAME CHANGER!!
Your particular running form/gait will stress certain muscle tissues. If we MODIFY our gait, we can very quickly and effectively offload injured muscle tissue to let it recover! 😮
