Under The Stars
A retreat hosted ❤️
Slow down, snooze in the hammocks, make fire, laugh, connect, share, be held, put your phones away, sit in the sauna, stare at the stars, move, feel the earth under your feet, listen to what’s important and where you want to go next.
Breeeeeeeeathe.
With the best of people.
Various sleeping options available, sliding scale tickets to suit your circumstances.
A nonstop cycle of negative news does more than just upset you—it can fundamentally alter your brain's stress response. Research shows that people who excessively consumed media after traumatic events had more acute psychological symptoms than those actually at the scene.
By understanding how constant doomscrolling rewires our minds, we can learn to engage with the world's events in a healthier way—discover how: https://on.natgeo.com/3NZpNKA

Clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder or knuckling down.
It comes from space.
So many of us are capable, thoughtful people –
but we’re exhausted from winging it, carrying everything alone, and trying to plan our lives from a place of overwhelm.
(Let’s Make) A Bloody Good Plan is a one-day reset.
A chance to breathe, reflect, and think clearly about what matters now, and what comes next.
The day is run by Stephanie Morgan: NLP Master Practitioner, HeartMath Coach and mBIT Coach. She’ll be using clear frameworks and a grounded, supportive approach to help you reconnect to what’s important and create a plan you can actually follow through on.
You don’t need to have answers already.
You just need something to work on. A vision. Something you know you want to take action on.
See you Sunday 18th Jan?

A one of a kind experience. Open to all.
The Enneagram isn’t just about the patterns you’ve learned.
It’s about the deeper intelligence that’s been moving through you your whole life.
It offers a way of understanding why and how you meet the world the way you do - emotionally, relationally, instinctively - and how those ways of being are connected to something much older and wiser than habits or coping strategies alone.
The Enneagram is a living system that helps you recognise where you are asleep, where you are reactive, and where you have access to presence, choice and compassion.
This 4-day Enneagram retreat at Bodlondeb is for people who are curious about themselves at a deeper level - and who are ready to live with more ease, clarity and kindness towards who they already are and those around them.
You’ll be guided by Dr Henrie Lidiard, whose teaching is warm, spacious and profoundly human. Hen has a way of holding complexity without making it heavy - creating safety, trust and a sense of being gently accompanied rather than analysed.
One participant described it perfectly:
“The Enneagram is an atlas of internal landscapes.” ❤️
Across four days we learn, move, rest, laugh, swim, reflect and integrate.
The work is embodied, relational and alive.
People leave with:
• a deeper relationship with themselves
• more compassion and less self-judgement
• a clearer sense of choice in how they respond to life
• a feeling of being more at home in themselves
This is the kind of work that keeps unfolding long after you leave.
Places are limited.

FREE 2 hour session TONIGHT
I don’t really buy into “New Year, New You”.
But I do believe in coming home to yourself.
In slowing down enough to listen.
In giving yourself space to notice what’s actually going on, rather than what you think should be going on. So, I’ll always take the offering the New Year brings to do so.
I’m going for fewer shoulds. More clarity. More honesty. More intention.
If that resonates, join me this evening for New Pathways - Accountability Programme
TONIGHT, Monday 5th, 7–9pm
We’re starting the year together with a double-length session to welcome it in properly.
The first week is FREE, so you can arrive, feel it out, and see if it supports you.
This is about rhythm, accountability, and somewhere to keep coming home to.
Returners and newbies welcome!

Available to hire: creatives, theatre companies, artists and well-being practitioners looking to rent an inspiring space with on-site accommodation.
Who are we?
The retreat is run by husband and wife duo Steph and Iain, with a helping hand from their two small children Fox (2 years old) and Pip (6month old). Steph is an entrepreneur, NLP Practitioner and mBit coach, theatre director and acting coach who specialises in The Meisner Technique. She is the founder & company manager of Both Feet Actor Training, training professional actors all over the country with a focus in Leeds and Manchester. Iain was a chef, kitchen manager and food developer for nearly 15 years but hung up his whites in 2018 to be the main carer for the children, allowing Steph to focus on her teaching, directing and running the family business.
