Fascinating stuff here and absolutely not news to us.
We still find it wild that these beautifully mushrooms grow naturally in our fields, are free and aren’t addictive, yet consuming them is seen as wrong or bad.
Meanwhile alcohol is legal (for example), and man-made pharmaceuticals that can be addictive, cost a lot and can come with horrific side effects are somehow fine.
If this is something you're curious about, get in touch.
Psilocybin appears to alter brain networks linked to repetitive negative thoughts, which may explain how the drug helps to treat some mental health conditions

Hey you, feeling a bit lost right now?
Maybe you’ve got ideas but no plan.
Maybe you’re spinning your wheels, waiting for something to click.
Or maybe you just need one focused day to breathe, think and figure your s**t out (I can't be on my own with that?!)
On Monday, I’m running a full-day online workshop called “Make a Bloody Good Plan.”
It’s grounded in neuroscience and NLP, designed to get you out of your head, into your body, and moving forward with clarity.
You’ll:
✨ Get clear on what you actually want
🧠 Learn how your brain + body impact your motivation
💬 Work with others who are ready for change
🗺️ Leave with a real plan (and the energy to follow it through)
You can join from anywhere in the world.
Sliding scale pricing - £45 / £75 / £95, no questions asked.
It’s a simple, powerful day to press pause and make sense of what’s next.
If that’s what you need - Monday’s the day.
I’ve created a space for those of us who want quiet, laughter, and meaning instead of chaos and madness.
Come and join us in the Welsh Hills.

Mastering Me 2025 ✨
I cannot comprehend the people who arrived just over a week ago and the people who left on Friday morning. They came together from all walks of life. Some had reached the end of the line - their eyes down, hearts protected, fear running the show. Some had forgotten who they were along the way and just wanted to remember. Others were seeking clarity, direction, connection, kindness.
Arrive open. Leave changed. That’s the deal.
Some left repairing relationships with family and friends through honest conversations and clearer boundaries. Some found a new relationship with their bodies and movement - breathing deeper, sleeping better. Letting go of old stories that don’t serve them any more. All of them left with new connections, new ways of looking at the world and moving around the world.
Good fecking job you gorgeous bunch of humans.
Bit by bit, breath by breath..
You get to choose what happens next.
Love to you all.

“I went to bed and thought, ‘I’ve got me. I’ve. Literally. Got. Me.’ and then dropped off pretty quick.”
“Final reflections: I’m already making changes. I’m breathing and moving differently in the world. I have my curtains and back door open to let in the light and fresh air... I can’t think of anything better I’ve done for myself than this retreat. All I have is gratitude right now for the peace and calm I’m already experiencing.”
“I have such optimism now. I’ve turned my world upside down and become a glass half full person just like I wanted and put on my application. It’s fu***ng brilliant to want to live and see if I can meet the challenges it’ll bring.”
“This is the best - by a country mile - £ I have ever spent. This investment in myself, has brought incredible returns. It’s changed my attitude to money itself. Thank you everybody, including myself.”

Who are we?
The retreat is run by husband and wife duo Steph and Iain, with a helping hand from their two small children Fox (2 years old) and Pip (6month old). Steph is an entrepreneur, NLP Practitioner and mBit coach, theatre director and acting coach who specialises in The Meisner Technique. She is the founder & company manager of Both Feet Actor Training, training professional actors all over the country with a focus in Leeds and Manchester. Iain was a chef, kitchen manager and food developer for nearly 15 years but hung up his whites in 2018 to be the main carer for the children, allowing Steph to focus on her teaching, directing and running the family business.
